You'll only be contacted by us if you have an existing HMO property with a license, which will usually house 4-8 people in a household.

Most of the time, landlords will end up making more money than they usually did before, mainly because they have to deal with less costs and minor maintaining of the property.

The property usually just needs to be a HMO. Unfurnished up to fully furnished works with us.

No, everything we've told you on the website shows how we operate. We are not a regular high street agent, so won't charge any tenant finding fees.
